Biography
Richard Sanderson has more than 30 years of experience as an administrator and consultant, and has demostrated skills in all aspects of property tax administration. He has directed and managed effective local government programs as the head of property tax department for cities in the states of Michigan and Virginia. International development experience includes Albania, Chile, the Republic of Macedonia, and Zambia. He currently serves as the City Assessor for the City of Manassas Park, Virginia.
