What Can You Learn From the Top 5 Real Estate Agents or Agencies?
As part of my work as a property tax assessor I think of other assessment offices as my competition. I monitor assessment offices throughout the country and don't limit my competition to offices that are of the same size. I'm continually asking if my customer relations, quality standards, and valuation techniques are keeping up with those set by the ones I look up to as examples of high achievement. One way that I do this is by visiting their websites.
